The Manager agrees to provide portfolio management services to the Client, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Monitoring and managing the Client’s marketing portfolio.
  • Conducting market research and analysis.
  • Allocating and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Providing regular performance reports and recommendations.

1.2 Additional Services
Any additional services not outlined in this Contract will be provided at the Client’s request and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Term and Termination

2.1 Term

The Manager’s total liability under this Contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered in the [Period] preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution
